"No Experience Necessary"

The “Try SCUBA” program gives you the opportunity to conduct a real SCUBA dive without having to go through the full certification process and unlike SNUBA you will be totally independent from any connection to the surface. You will be able to dive to a maximum depth of forty feet which allows you to explore and see much more of what the dive site has to offer.
 

Experience a new adventure and discover an exhilarating new feeling! Enjoy the gravity defying freedom of SCUBA and glide through the emerald clear water! SCUBA Diving is much easier than you might think! Are you ready to enjoy a new challenge and dive into the underwater world? 

You will check in one hour prior to boat departure time to meet your instructor, complete paperwork, get outfitted with SCUBA equipment and sit through a short classroom session to learn the basic rules of the sport. Our boat the "Mongoose" will then take you on a short cruise to the Destin Jetties where your underwater adventure takes place. The total time for the "Try SCUBA" program is approximately four and a half hours. The total cost is $110 which includes instruction, equipment use, training materials, boat trip and a lifetime memory.

The "Try SCUBA" program can be credited towards your Open Water certification if you decide to continue on with your SCUBA education. 

• Minimum age for "Try SCUBA" is 10.

• Minimum 24-hour cancellation policy. 

• Please note anyone on medication or with any medical conditions must have a completed medical waiver from a physician before taking SCUBA instruction.
